About the role

  • Own and execute the global go-to-market strategy for Qmatic’s AI portfolio
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling customer value propositions, ROI narratives, and differentiated use cases
  • Lead AI product launches in partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Drive market positioning and competitive strategy for AI solutions across international markets
  • Take full commercial ownership of the complete AI product lifecycle, including product development alignment, launch readiness, implementation success, ongoing customer adoption, support and service delivery feedback loops
  • Ensure AI offerings are scalable, supportable, and commercially optimized across regions
  • Actively co-sell alongside Sales teams, Channel Directors, and strategic partners
  • Travel frequently to support high-impact partner enablement and enterprise customer engagements internationally
  • Equip partners with the tools, messaging, and playbooks to position, sell, and scale Qmatic AI solutions
  • Lead pricing, packaging, and commercial negotiations for AI offerings
  • Drive AI revenue growth through pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and close execution
  • Operate as a global commercial overlay for all AI opportunities across regions
  • Own adoption targets and ensure AI solutions scale effectively in a partner-led business model
  • Gather structured insights from customers, partners, and the competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with Product and R&D to ensure roadmap alignment with commercial needs
  • Coordinate with Legal, Security, and Compliance teams on AI trust, safety, and regulatory readiness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B commercial roles spanning go-to-market, business development, product commercialization, or enterprise sales
  • Strong ability to engage credibly with senior customer stakeholders and strategic partners across international markets
  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and scaling emerging product categories
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Master’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Degree from a highly regarded, high-profile university in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technology, or related disciplines
  • Fluent English required; Swedish is a plus
  • Comfortable working across Product, Sales, R&D, and Support organizations
  • Willingness to travel frequently to support global partners and key customer engagements
