About the role
- Responsibility for sales and business results in Germany, including overseeing sales activities, budget management and achievement of KPIs
- Build, lead and develop a team of 10 Key Account Managers
- Actively contribute to strategic decision-making and work closely with Marketing and Medical/Medical Affairs
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and provide feedback on relevant market and competitive information
- Continuous performance monitoring, budget oversight, implementation of training and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree in natural sciences, medicine, pharmacy, business or a related field
- Experience in hematology is an advantage
- Proven experience leading Key Account Management teams in the prescription pharmaceutical environment
- Strong strategic and communication skills and a high level of team and leadership competence
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
