Strong experience (min. 5 years) in Software Architecture
Completed Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in IT
Relational and non-relational databases — proficiency in MongoDB and Greenplum
Building data pipelines, integrations, and Big Data environments
Experience in multicloud architecture
Proven experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG
Experience with vector stores and/or hybrid search mechanisms
Modeling collections/indexes, metadata, and scalability strategies
Retrieval, reranking, and automated evaluation techniques
Monitoring and generation quality
Operating AI solutions in production (logs, metrics, tracing, SLOs, continuous improvement)
API integrations
Strong knowledge of NLP, embeddings, and advanced Python
