About the role

  • Act as a PeopleSoft Developer on payroll projects
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform analysis and adjustments of complex payroll calculations
  • Propose improvements to existing processes and systems
  • Ensure deliverables meet statutory deadlines
  • Maintain ethics and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in payroll processing using Oracle PeopleSoft
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT), payroll charges, and eSocial
  • Configuration and parameterization of the payroll module in PeopleSoft
  • Integration with accounting and financial systems
  • Analysis and verification of complex calculations (vacation, terminations/severance, benefits)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for queries and adjustments
  • Experience with internal audits and banking compliance
  • Familiarity with information security processes in the financial sector
