Bachelor's degree preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
Practical experience with applied statistics and statistical testing, and quantitative modeling.
Proficiency in Python for quantitative modeling, including: model development, analysis and validation; documentation and traceability; automation of analyses.
Solid experience in credit model validation, including: stability assessment (PSI, CSI), performance evaluation, and regulatory adherence.
Strong knowledge of credit risk and regulatory risk (Central Bank of Brazil - BACEN, applicable resolutions, Basel framework).
