About the role
- Report directly to the Group CEO and work closely with senior stakeholders
- Explore, evaluate, and implement AI and data-led solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Connect cutting-edge technology to real-world business improvement
- Work on Employee Experience, Systems Analysis, Strategy & Improvement, Process Analysis & Improvement
- Provide guidance on best practice for policies, procedures, training and materials
- Support onboarding processes
Requirements
- Experience in data, AI, and implementation
- Understanding of agency recruitment
- Experience with projects around data, CRM, or strategy
- Experience leading initiatives as part of a role
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and report to Group CEO
