- Manage your own book of business in the dynamic Data & AI sector, driving full-desk recruitment from start to finish.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen top Data & AI talent to match role requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
- Build and grow your own client and candidate relationships to drive your business.
- Stay current with Data & AI trends to provide clients with market insights.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.
- Support and mentor junior team members as a positive role model.
- Location: Biltmore Area, Phoenix
- Hybrid Working: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
