Operations

• Support the delivery of basic and intermediate operationally focused ISR training to aircrew from the Belgian Défense Force.
• Develop high quality training material as directed by the customer’s Training Needs Analysis.
• Train, coach and mentor current serving Belgian Défense personnel to become competent Aircrew.
• Operate as part of a joint Trials and Training Team for effective ITEAP execution.
• Provide operational advice to the customer on integrating platform capabilities and feedback to OEM as required.
• Execute training as either an instructor or exercise support.
