About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends and opportunities, and propose operational improvements
Develop analyses and management reports, turning data into strategic insights to support decision-making
Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations for clients and leadership
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvement actions
Conduct training on KPIs and data analysis tools for operational teams
Work collaboratively with Operations, Commercial, Quality, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in intelligence analysis, research, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Quality Management, Management Processes, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Agronomy, or related fields
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data analysis and data handling
Experience preparing management reports
Knowledge of quality control and process auditing.
