About the role
- Own and drive defined product areas across a broader product landscape
- Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
- Manage and prioritize backlogs in close collaboration with engineering
- Ensure features are delivered with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and operational reliability
- Work closely with Customer Success and commercial teams to understand partner needs and onboarding challenges
- Participate in selected partner and client discussions, especially for complex or strategic use cases
- Turn real operational feedback into concrete product improvements
- Shape API-first product capabilities used by external systems and enterprise partners
- Improve onboarding and configuration flows for both technical and non-technical users
- Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions, trade-offs, and extensibility
- Contribute to exploratory initiatives involving automation, data processing, and cloud-based workflows
- Help validate proofs of concept and translate them into scalable product features where relevant
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution
- Work closely with design to build intuitive user experiences for complex B2B workflows
- Align continuously with the Head of Product on roadmap, priorities, and product vision
- Act as a clear, pragmatic product voice across teams
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, platform, fintech, or marketplace environments
- Proven experience owning products end-to-end with engineering teams
- Strong ability to structure complex problems and turn them into actionable requirements
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technically complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
- Experience in loyalty, payments, or enterprise platforms (nice-to-have)
- Exposure to e-commerce, large-scale partner integrations, or high-volume transaction systems (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with data-driven or automation-heavy products (nice-to-have)
- Experience collaborating with global partners or large technology providers (nice-to-have)
