About the role

  • Own and drive defined product areas across a broader product landscape
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, and delivery plans
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs in close collaboration with engineering
  • Ensure features are delivered with a strong focus on usability, scalability, and operational reliability
  • Work closely with Customer Success and commercial teams to understand partner needs and onboarding challenges
  • Participate in selected partner and client discussions, especially for complex or strategic use cases
  • Turn real operational feedback into concrete product improvements
  • Shape API-first product capabilities used by external systems and enterprise partners
  • Improve onboarding and configuration flows for both technical and non-technical users
  • Collaborate with engineering on architectural decisions, trade-offs, and extensibility

  • Help validate proofs of concept and translate them into scalable product features where relevant
  • Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform evolution
  • Work closely with design to build intuitive user experiences for complex B2B workflows
  • Align continuously with the Head of Product on roadmap, priorities, and product vision
  • Act as a clear, pragmatic product voice across teams

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, platform, fintech, or marketplace environments
  • Proven experience owning products end-to-end with engineering teams
  • Strong ability to structure complex problems and turn them into actionable requirements
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, or technically complex systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in ambiguity.
  • Experience in loyalty, payments, or enterprise platforms (nice-to-have)
  • Exposure to e-commerce, large-scale partner integrations, or high-volume transaction systems (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with data-driven or automation-heavy products (nice-to-have)
  • Experience collaborating with global partners or large technology providers (nice-to-have)
