About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support portfolio construction, asset allocation reviews and investment implementation activities.
- Contribute to strategy papers, presentations and portfolio reporting for stakeholders and clients.
- Assist with investment manager selection, due diligence, monitoring and review processes.
- Gather, analyse and interpret investment and market data to deliver actionable insights.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance investment decision-making, reporting and operational efficiency.
- Support research projects across private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate portfolios.
- Utilise emerging technologies and AI tools to improve analysis and workflow effectiveness.
- Participate in internal and external manager meetings, ensuring actions and outcomes are documented and progressed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in investments, financial services, consulting, research or a related field.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Naturally curious with a genuine interest in markets and investing.
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Passionate about learning and building a long-term career in investment management.
