About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support portfolio construction, asset allocation reviews and investment implementation activities.
  • Contribute to strategy papers, presentations and portfolio reporting for stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist with investment manager selection, due diligence, monitoring and review processes.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret investment and market data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance investment decision-making, reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Support research projects across private equity, private debt, infrastructure and real estate portfolios.
  • Utilise emerging technologies and AI tools to improve analysis and workflow effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal and external manager meetings, ensuring actions and outcomes are documented and progressed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in investments, financial services, consulting, research or a related field.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Naturally curious with a genuine interest in markets and investing.
  • Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders and present ideas clearly.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about learning and building a long-term career in investment management.
