About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end Personnel Department routines: hirings, terminations, vacations and payroll (Sankhya system)
- Perform data entries and reconciliations in the system (ERP)
- Ensure benefits management (health plan, dental, meal/food vouchers — VA/VR, company agreements), including invoice control and cost allocations
- Manage electronic timekeeping and time bank (bank of hours)
- Communicate and interface with external accounting for submission and verification of information (eSocial, taxes/charges, etc.)
- Ensure management of labor documents and contracts (CLT employees, service providers and interns)
- Control occupational medical exams, Occupational Health and Safety (SST) and PCMSO
- Support control and posting of commissions and incentive payments
- Support control and posting of payroll- and benefits-related expenses (income statement - DRE)
- Monitor internal movements (promotions, salary changes, etc.), ensuring processes are completed in an organized manner, on time and responsibly with related departments
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal deadlines within the Personnel structure
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Personnel/Payroll (senior level)
- Experience with full end-to-end Personnel routines
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience managing benefits and payroll charges
- Experience interfacing with external accounting
- Experience validating commission calculations for commercial teams
