About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events)
- Identify and qualify potential customers within our target market
- Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders in cybersecurity and IT teams
- Personalise outreach messaging based on prospect context and use cases
- Experiment with and optimise outbound strategies, messaging, and tooling
- Represent Qevlar at industry events and conferences
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align on ICP and messaging
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales or business development (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Ideally based in New York, or the East Coast area
- Proven ability to generate leads and book qualified meetings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and objection handling
- Business-level English
- Interest in cybersecurity and AI (prior knowledge is a plus, not required)
