About the role

  • Own commercial contracts end-to-end
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer teams
  • Support deal cycles, unblock negotiations, and help structure contracts that balance speed and risk
  • Enable go-to-market activities
  • Work on pricing structures, terms, and legal frameworks that support our commercial strategy
  • Build scalable legal processes
  • Create templates, playbooks, and guidelines to increase autonomy across the business
  • Manage risk pragmatically
  • Provide clear, business-oriented advice (not theoretical legal opinions)
  • Support broader legal topics (as needed) Data protection, compliance, and general corporate matters

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of in-house legal experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or AI-based products
  • Strong background in commercial law and contract negotiation
  • Exposure to international contracts (US/EU)
  • Experience working closely with Sales/GTM teams
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Pragmatic mindset: able to balance risk and speed
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain legal concepts simply
  • Fluent in French and English
