About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own commercial contracts end-to-end
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements (MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, etc.)
Partner closely with Sales and Customer teams
Support deal cycles, unblock negotiations, and help structure contracts that balance speed and risk
Enable go-to-market activities
Work on pricing structures, terms, and legal frameworks that support our commercial strategy
Build scalable legal processes
Create templates, playbooks, and guidelines to increase autonomy across the business
Manage risk pragmatically
Provide clear, business-oriented advice (not theoretical legal opinions)
Support broader legal topics (as needed) Data protection, compliance, and general corporate matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years of in-house legal experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity, data, or AI-based products
Strong background in commercial law and contract negotiation
Exposure to international contracts (US/EU)
Experience working closely with Sales/GTM teams
Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Pragmatic mindset: able to balance risk and speed
Strong communication skills, able to explain legal concepts simply
Fluent in French and English
