About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead a team of high-performing AEs across EMEA
- Reinforce and evolve Qevlar’s sales playbook (from first touch to close)
- Bring consistency to pipeline generation, deal execution, and outcomes
- Act as a player-coach: support, unblock, and step in when needed
- Identify new opportunities (segments, MSSPs, offers) and turn them into scalable motions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales Leader (2+ years in the role)
- Led a team in a similar environment
- Hired, coached, and carried a team quota
- Operated as a player-coach (not just a manager)
- Stayed close enough to deals to impact outcomes
- Built pipeline (yourself and/or through a team)
- Helped others win complex deals
- Contributed to defining 'how we sell'
- Delivered in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
