About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for a defined area within accounts payable and accounts receivable
Order processing and invoicing
Processing and monitoring payment transactions
Review and posting of travel expense reports
Preparation of VAT advance returns, recapitulative statements (EC sales lists) and related statistics
Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Support in designing processes for the company’s growing structure
Preparation of various analyses and close collaboration with the Controlling team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on accounting / taxation / finance
Several years of practical experience in accounting
Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel
Good user knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP B1 (not a prerequisite)
Business-fluent German and good English skills
