About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively acquire new customers from mid-market and enterprise companies
- Develop a go-to-market strategy for QA services
- Identify market opportunities, target industries and decision-makers
- Build a sustainable sales funnel through CRM, networking, events and social selling
- Advise customers on suitable solutions, prepare proposals and conduct negotiations
- Represent the company at trade shows and events
- Monitor trends, competitors and markets to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with Business Development, Marketing/Communications and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or degree (business administration or related field)
- Several years of sales experience with proven success in acquiring new customers for IT services, ideally in QA
- Strong sales skills for complex B2B service offerings
- Strong customer orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Responsible approach and meticulous working style
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
- Business-fluent German (C1) and willingness to travel
