Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively acquire new customers from mid-market and enterprise companies
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for QA services
  • Identify market opportunities, target industries and decision-makers
  • Build a sustainable sales funnel through CRM, networking, events and social selling
  • Advise customers on suitable solutions, prepare proposals and conduct negotiations
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events
  • Monitor trends, competitors and markets to identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Business Development, Marketing/Communications and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or degree (business administration or related field)
  • Several years of sales experience with proven success in acquiring new customers for IT services, ideally in QA
  • Strong sales skills for complex B2B service offerings
  • Strong customer orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Responsible approach and meticulous working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
  • Business-fluent German (C1) and willingness to travel
