About the role

  • Central role in establishing and developing the cybersecurity practice in Stuttgart
  • Advising on governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001)
  • Preparing for audits and conducting workshops for decision-makers
  • Planning and executing penetration tests in the area of offensive security
  • Managing vulnerability management and conducting re-tests across the EU
  • Supporting projects with architecture reviews, secure coding coaching, and security checks in CI/CD pipelines
  • Developing methods, templates, and best practices for efficient cybersecurity operations
  • Supporting presales activities by preparing proposals and client presentations

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in security advisory, offensive security, or secure SDLC
  • Proficiency in relevant standards and technologies such as ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, pentest methodologies, SAST/DAST, and vulnerability management
  • Quick comprehension, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly, including to management
  • Excellent German skills (C1)
  • Business fluent English
  • Clean criminal record
