About the role
- Lead and strategically develop the Competence Center Insurance
- Develop the service portfolio in the insurance domain
- Provide subject-matter expertise to support pre-sales
- Identify new business opportunities in the DACH region
- Take responsibility for technically driven testing initiatives
- Coordinate external test teams and liaise with business units
- Create test plans and test concepts
- Advance test strategies and promote test automation
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in test management within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of common insurer programs such as core modernization, portfolio migration, and portal and partner integration
- Confident use of tools such as Jira, XRay, HP ALM or Azure DevOps
- Program and project management experience
- ISTQB certification; Advanced Level is an advantage
- Very good German (C1) and English skills
