About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with vendor onboarding and documentation collection
- Support maintenance of vendor records, W-9s, ACH forms, and compliance documents
- Assist with invoice processing and expense report administration
- Help monitor employee expense report submissions
- Support employee and vendor accounting inquiries
- Assist with data entry and accounting record maintenance
- Help organize accounting documentation and electronic filing systems
- Support expense audits and documentation reviews
- Assist with daily cash activity tracking and reporting
- Support preparation of accounting schedules and reports
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering
- Participate in process improvement and special projects
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing; Junior and Senior students preferred
- Strong interest in accounts payable, accounting operations, or business administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to frequently remain in a stationary position
- Ability to frequently move through home office, facility, and other environments
- Ability to occasionally move equipment or other items weighing up to 25 pounds
