About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the Ecosystem lead facilitator for Human Resources, Culture, and business system and application onboarding training
- Facilitate 8 recurring instructor-led onboarding sessions each week
- Deliver onboarding curriculum covering HR programs, company culture, organizational structure, employee resources, technology platforms, business applications, time reporting, expense management, Employee Hub, and other required topics
- Create an engaging first-week experience that fosters employee connection, belonging, and confidence
- Create a virtual classroom environment encouraging participation, discussion, collaboration, and knowledge retention
- Introduce new employees to the organization’s mission, Core Convictions, Guiding Principles, and employee experience
- Respond to employee questions and connect new hires with appropriate HR or business resources
- Adapt facilitation techniques for diverse audiences while maintaining consistency across cohorts
- Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding curriculum, facilitator guides, presentations, participant materials, job aids, videos, and learning resources
- Partner with HR subject matter experts, Directors, and business leaders to maintain content and address learning gaps
- Develop and deliver specialized training modules for departmental, business-unit, or company needs
- Maintain onboarding content in the Employee Hub and support future LMS initiatives
- Research learning technologies, facilitation techniques, and AI-enabled solutions
- Conduct first-week employee check-ins
- Collect, analyze, and summarize onboarding surveys and employee feedback
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to engagement, productivity, and retention
- Partner with the Onboarding Manager and Onboarding Specialists through completion of Week One onboarding
- Support enterprise onboarding initiatives, special projects, and organizational learning programs
- Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve efficiency and work quality
- Complete assigned tasks and deliverables on time and on budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, onboarding best practices, employee engagement strategies, and new hire experience design
- Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training, virtual learning sessions, and engaging presentations for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design principles, and adult learning methodologies
- Experience developing training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, reference materials, and employee resources
- Experience evaluating training effectiveness through participant feedback, engagement metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to facilitate multiple live training sessions each week in a high-energy, engaging, and professional environment
- Intermediate knowledge of HR programs, employee lifecycle processes, company policies, benefits, payroll, HR technology, and organizational resources
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices related to onboarding
- Experience building collaborative relationships with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and virtual learning technologies
- Ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service and organization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, executives, and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze participant feedback and identify learning gaps
- Up to 10% travel, potentially to any or all 50 US states
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, or related field, OR a recognized HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, OR two years of human resource experience
- Minimum of five years of human resource experience
