About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive business growth and profitability by building and maintaining relationships with key retail and wholesale brokers
  • Shape and execute on our distribution strategy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for retail and wholesale brokers within the region
  • Facilitate regional pipelining discussions for global brokers and associated follow up activities
  • Develop and grow databases of regional broker contacts and target accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 10+ years of Commercial and Specialty Insurance experience
  • Deep relationships with brokers both in the geographical region and at the national level
  • Experience in relationship management and/or business development
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence both directly and indirectly
