- Document support issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.
- Provide VIP Onsite Support service for the Executive Community.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some relevant work experience.
- Experience in an IT support role.
- Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications include: Relevant tertiary qualifications.
