About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases.
Manage both Commercial and Domestic Claims property claims.
Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and policy changes.
Maintain good client relationships and respond to client requests promptly.
Identify and report suspicious or fraudulent claims.
Share information with stakeholders while considering confidentiality guidelines.
Ensure compliance with accreditation levels and policies.
Provide clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in commercial claims is highly regarded; however, candidates with proven claims experience are also encouraged to apply
A strong focus on customer service with the ability to build rapport over the phone and handle varying customer expectations and demands
A highly empathetic approach to dealing with customers, possessing the ability to be friendly yet professional
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills
