About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and uplift governance of job architecture and skills through structured forums, enabling clear decision-making and alignment
- Lead and support skills governance activities, ensuring frameworks remain relevant, practical and aligned to market shifts
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, governance efficiency and user experience
- Project manage key initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through to implementation and transition into BAU
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to improve system capability and deliver scalable, tech-enabled and AI-driven solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with job architecture, skills data or similar workforce frameworks / data
- Proven ability to deliver projects or continuous improvement initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems (e.g. Workday or similar)
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, governance and insight generation
- Exposure to workforce analytics and labour market insights
