About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Talent Acquisition Operations function by contributing to the development and implementation of policies, programs, and practices.
Acting as a subject matter expert and mentoring new TA Onboarding Specialists.
Administering various People employee programs to meet organizational needs.
Drafting, reviewing, and sending official employment agreements.
Initiating, monitoring, and following up on background verifications and drug screenings.
Collaborating with recruiters, hiring managers, IT, and external vendors to facilitate smooth onboarding.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4+ years in HR onboarding, talent acquisition support, recruitment administration or HR service delivery roles.
Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent verbal and written skills to guide candidates and liaise with stakeholders.
Strong adherence to defined workflows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely execution.
High attention to detail across offer documentation, background checks, and hiring records.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear, proactive, and solution-focused engagement.
