About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor sourcing, accreditation, bidding, awarding & contracting
Lead sourcing initiatives and invite possible vendors for accreditation
Analyze trends and opportunities to identify savings opportunities
Lead supplier performance surveys and provide overall assessment
Drive suppliers compliance to the PO terms (PPP) and conditions
Ensure bidding process integrity at all times (PPP)
Maintain good relations with vendors and keep up-to-date with vendor offerings
Collaborate with various end-users
Organize invitation to bid, purchase orders, and contracts
Prepare and analyze overall canvass summary and recommendation
Negotiate with vendors regarding prices and terms

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
8 years relevant experience
High degree of numeracy & attention to details
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with end-users and vendors
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks
Good negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and stay in Cebu for urgent Procurement matters
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office software
Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) with superiors, colleagues, suppliers and staff
Good presentation skills
