About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analysing complex people, workforce and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Translating data into clear, decision ready insights that inform workforce strategy, planning and transformation initiatives
  • Designing, building and maintaining workforce planning dashboards that integrate people and finance data
  • Supporting deep-dive analyses across areas such as capacity, skills, role mix and future workforce needs
  • Contributing to workforce scenario modelling linked to strategic initiatives and future workforce needs
  • Partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve data quality, reporting usability and the organisation’s strategic workforce planning maturity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong Power BI capability, with experience building clear, decision-ready dashboards and visualisations
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning (SWP), workforce analytics or related people analytics roles
  • Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with complex people and workforce datasets
  • Solid knowledge of people data, with Workday experience (or similar HCM platforms) highly regarded
  • Exposure to AI, automation or emerging technologies, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership and the flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required
