About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analysing complex people, workforce and financial data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Translating data into clear, decision ready insights that inform workforce strategy, planning and transformation initiatives
Designing, building and maintaining workforce planning dashboards that integrate people and finance data
Supporting deep-dive analyses across areas such as capacity, skills, role mix and future workforce needs
Contributing to workforce scenario modelling linked to strategic initiatives and future workforce needs
Partnering with stakeholders to continuously improve data quality, reporting usability and the organisation’s strategic workforce planning maturity

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong Power BI capability, with experience building clear, decision-ready dashboards and visualisations
Experience in strategic workforce planning (SWP), workforce analytics or related people analytics roles
Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with complex people and workforce datasets
Solid knowledge of people data, with Workday experience (or similar HCM platforms) highly regarded
Exposure to AI, automation or emerging technologies, combined with curiosity and a willingness to learn
High attention to detail, strong ownership and the flexibility to support work outside standard business hours when required
