About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the refresh and execution of QBE’s enterprise Data & AI strategy
- Work with Group and Divisional leadership to align priorities
- Facilitate Group and Divisional Data OKR alignment
- Lead business case development for Data & AI initiatives
- Ensure robust articulation of benefits and value delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- minimum of 5 years of experience in data and AI strategy
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level Data and/or AI strategy
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive strategy execution
- Insurance experience and commercial understanding
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
