About the role
- Lead the identification, development, and implementation of procurement categories
- Drive the Supplier Relationship Management framework and ensure compliance
- Support sustainable procurement practices across various spend categories
- Coordinate with the Procurement Operations team to deliver compliant Procure to Pay systems
- Develop and deliver user training
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories
- Review contractual and commercial ownership of sourcing agreements
- Responsible for relationship management for assigned categories
- Support management of supplier risk and compliance obligations
- Align regional framework with Global SRM framework
Requirements
- Some relevant work experience
- Experience with P2P, procurement contracts and processes
- Administration background
- Procurement system experience
- P2P roll-out experience
- Negotiating vendor contracts experience
- Budget preparation and forecasting experience
- SRM and/or Procurement experience in service or financial-based organisations
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
