About the role

  • Lead the identification, development, and implementation of procurement categories
  • Drive the Supplier Relationship Management framework and ensure compliance
  • Support sustainable procurement practices across various spend categories
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Operations team to deliver compliant Procure to Pay systems
  • Develop and deliver user training
  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories
  • Review contractual and commercial ownership of sourcing agreements
  • Responsible for relationship management for assigned categories
  • Support management of supplier risk and compliance obligations
  • Align regional framework with Global SRM framework

Requirements

  • Some relevant work experience
  • Experience with P2P, procurement contracts and processes
  • Administration background
  • Procurement system experience
  • P2P roll-out experience
  • Negotiating vendor contracts experience
  • Budget preparation and forecasting experience
  • SRM and/or Procurement experience in service or financial-based organisations
  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
