About the role
- Lead the standardisation and enhancement of process improvement initiatives.
- Define and embed a standardised process management and continuous improvement framework.
- Lead the adoption of a recognised methodology for process improvement.
- Assist in the development of project documentation in alignment with company policies.
- Analyse workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of improvement.
- Utilize service data and feedback from stakeholders to support prioritisation of improvements.
- Work with stakeholders to evolve processes through innovation and practice.
- Identify groups responsible for continual improvement and deliver necessary training.
Requirements
- Moderate relevant experience.
- Solid experience in Business process improvement frameworks and processes.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Six Sigma green belt qualification.
