About the role
- Sell QBE products and services by delivering excellent customer service and fostering great relationships with customers via inbound calls
- Deliver exceptional help to our customers and partners by managing inbound queries, on average 30-50 calls per day
- Learn about our insurance portfolios and various partnerships to build strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the growth and retention of business by providing timely and effective solutions that adhere to QBE guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role will be an advantage
- Clear, friendly phone manner; able to talk and type simultaneously
- Strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
- Quick to learn new systems; confident with computers and numbers
- Calm and resilient in fast-paced environments
- Builds rapport easily; delivers timely solutions to diverse customers
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
