About the role
- Specialises in designing and deploying GenAI solutions by crafting effective, domain-specific prompts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand industry-specific terminology, processes, and challenges
- Build, deploy and manage GenAI pipelines using platforms such as MLflow or Azure ML
- Apply principles of fairness, transparency, and security, including bias mitigation and model explainability
- Develop applications in coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Follow Software Development LIfecycle (SDLC) processes and support continuous improvement culture
- Ensure compliance needs are met and customer impacts are assessed
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness of output
- Mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge effectively
- Identify and assess risks within your subject matter area
Requirements
- Some relevant work experience
- Experience in relational database and SQL development (preferred)
- Experience in Servicenow development (preferred)
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- ITIL certification
- Servicenow Certified System Admin (CSA) certification
