About the role
- Comprehensive administrative support for the industrial property insurance department
- Administrative processing and handling of international insurance contracts
- Input and maintenance of policy data and risk information in the policy administration system
- Preparation of insurance policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing documents
- Research and assistance in the preparation of reports and management information
- Independent interaction with internal stakeholders such as Underwriting and Finance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Finance Clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen)
- Further professional qualification as an Insurance Specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or Business Administrator (Betriebswirt) is desirable
- Prior experience in administering international insurance contracts
- Experience in commercial/industrial insurance
- Independent and team-oriented working style
- MS Office, especially Excel
- Affinity for IT systems and processes
- Good knowledge of English
- Analytical skills and a structured way of working
- Communicative and empathetic abilities
