About the role
- Drive the commercial expansion of IFUcare, our SaaS eIFU solution, by defining and executing a focused sales strategy to grow the client portfolio and achieve ambitious revenue targets within the Medical Device and IVD sector.
- Define the IFUcare sales strategy and translate it into clear operational objectives and quarterly go-to-market plans.
- Take full ownership of revenue generation, acquiring new clients and scaling the business to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Medical Device and IVD markets.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to convert marketing qualified leads into tangible business opportunities.
- Research and map high-potential Medical Device and IVD accounts aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Initiate and nurture client relationships through targeted outbound prospecting (cold outreach, follow-ups, networking).
- Engage with prospects to deeply understand their regulatory and business challenges and position IFUcare as a value-adding solution.
- Maintain and develop relationships until opportunities are qualified and smoothly transitioned to the relevant business development representatives.
- Continuously monitor MedTech market trends, regulatory evolutions and the IFUcare roadmap to ensure a compelling value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align commercial efforts and maximize business impact.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience within the IVD and Medical Device sector, selling regulatory, quality, or compliance-driven SaaS solutions to RA/QA, Operations and Executive stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of the Medical device and IVD industry landscape and regulatory framework.
- A proven track record in designing and implementing effective sales strategies and operational growth plans.
- Solid understanding of key MedTech regulations and standards related to digital labeling, including MDR, IVDR, EU Regulation 207/2012 (eIFU), and ISO 13485.
- A first experience in people management as team lead.
- Ability to speak English fluently. Any other additional language would be a plus.
- An experience with CRM software (Hubspot).
- Ability to work according to the US or EU time zone.
