About the role
- Advise our customers on questions and issues related to cashless payments
- Respond to all customer inquiries, e.g., about credit card statements, services and other products
- Gain practical experience and actively collaborate in various commercial teams
Requirements
- At least a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent
- Enjoy communicating with people
- Excellent German language skills with clear, dialect‑free expression
- Comfortable working with various IT systems
- A clean basic police certificate (no entries) is required
- Signed internal declaration confirming orderly financial circumstances is required (e.g., no personal insolvency or wage garnishment)
