About the role

  • You will support the team in all operational procurement matters
  • You coordinate and manage the entire procurement/tendering process
  • You conduct the associated price negotiations
  • You play a key role in shaping procurement contracts (service agreements, works contracts, and IT contracts)
  • You independently conduct contract negotiations with service providers and suppliers
  • You identify issues that need clarification from the perspectives of data protection, information security, internal audit, etc., and coordinate these with the relevant specialist colleagues
  • You actively contribute to projects within the team and across departments

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
  • Basic legal knowledge, especially in contract law
  • Ideally several years of professional experience in operational procurement of services and/or IT purchases
  • Strong goal- and solution-orientation, a confident manner, and excellent communication skills
  • Very good, negotiation-level German (C2) and good English skills
  • A conscientious and structured working style, as well as strong analytical skills
