About the role
- You will support the team in all operational procurement matters
- You coordinate and manage the entire procurement/tendering process
- You conduct the associated price negotiations
- You play a key role in shaping procurement contracts (service agreements, works contracts, and IT contracts)
- You independently conduct contract negotiations with service providers and suppliers
- You identify issues that need clarification from the perspectives of data protection, information security, internal audit, etc., and coordinate these with the relevant specialist colleagues
- You actively contribute to projects within the team and across departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree
- Basic legal knowledge, especially in contract law
- Ideally several years of professional experience in operational procurement of services and/or IT purchases
- Strong goal- and solution-orientation, a confident manner, and excellent communication skills
- Very good, negotiation-level German (C2) and good English skills
- A conscientious and structured working style, as well as strong analytical skills
