About the role
- Support savings bank customers (Sparkassen) primarily via digital channels
- Conduct regular meetings and calls with customers
- Analyze strengths and weaknesses in the card business
- Propose proactive measures for improvement
- Introduce and place new products and ancillary services
- Create and maintain presentation materials
- Train savings bank advisors on card products
- Serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries
- Represent qards at external conferences, trade fairs and workshops
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Service-oriented mindset
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation
- Completed commercial vocational training, preferably with an additional business qualification (e.g., Sparkassen-Betriebswirt)
- Experience in comparable roles, ideally within the banking sector
- Knowledge of card business or payments (preferably with savings banks)
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Confident and friendly appearance
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license
- Proficient user of common MS Office applications
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills (B2)
