About the role
- Advise our customers on questions and concerns related to cashless payments
- Respond to all customer inquiries, for example about credit card statements, services, and other products
- Gain practical experience and actively contribute to various commercial teams
Requirements
- At least a secondary school leaving certificate (e.g., Realschulabschluss)
- Enjoy communicating with people
- Excellent German language skills with clear, dialect‑free expression
- Comfortable working with various IT systems
- Clean basic criminal record certificate (no entries)
- Signed internal declaration confirming orderly personal finances (e.g., no personal insolvency or wage garnishment)
