About the role
- You will be part of our five-person team and serve as the main point of contact for our major client DKB
- Provide telephone and written advice as well as answer and coordinate all inquiries within the scope of qards’ services
- Analyze (new) requirements from our client and coordinate with the relevant specialist departments
- Prepare quotes, decision papers and contract amendments in close cooperation with the specialist departments and the legal department
- Moderate customer meetings and workshops and prepare follow-up documentation
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and identify improvement opportunities in existing workflows
- Provide subject-matter expertise in cross-departmental projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in the payments or banking sector, or in B2B customer support in similar industries
- Strong customer and service orientation with a friendly, articulate and confident manner
- Experience in process and quality management combined with good technical understanding and strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Structured and independent working style
- IT affinity and experience in project work
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
