About the role
- Advising and supporting managers on strategic and operational HR matters
- Supporting the conduct of employee discussions and performance reviews
- Planning and implementing personnel development measures
- Supporting HR controlling
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports and statistics
- Contributing to or leading HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role
- Good knowledge of labour/employment law
- Experience collaborating with the works council
- Strong communication skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Initiative, discretion and flexibility
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
