About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product roadmap for Redzone’s Integration Platform and Redzone Analytics
Set priorities, sequence delivery, and ensure both products deliver reliable, scalable customer value
Run Horizon 3 as an investment portfolio, managing 3–5 innovation spikes per year
Pioneer visual and physical AI for production efficiency, quality loss, changeover, downtime, and co-bot collaboration
Convert successful innovation spikes into scaled core products
Build and run teams capable of roadmap delivery and innovation-lab execution
Scale the platform globally across thousands of manufacturing environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of IT/OT innovation experience in manufacturing
Track record of shipping technology that changed how plants run
Deep, hands-on experience with QAD, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and Infor ERPs
Experience with MES, WMS, and connected worker platforms and their plant-floor integrations
Proven experience leading both product and engineering teams
Direct experience building or deploying computer vision or physical AI in industrial or production environments
Working knowledge of predictive maintenance and machine health, including sensor data, IoT, and failure prediction models
Familiarity with world models, digital twins, or simulation applied to operational or industrial systems
Ability to run an innovation portfolio by setting hypotheses, quickly ending unsuccessful bets, and scaling successful ones
Executive presence in Horizon 3 ambiguity and Horizon 1 roadmap delivery
Pragmatic, execution-oriented operating style
