About the role

Develop and enhance user experience with AI workflows in support of the various QAD applications.
Complete delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals.
Help the business maintain a competitive edge by leveraging the latest Web technologies.
Rely on feature flags to rapidly deploy and iterate on new features and lower the risk of delivering software to production.
Provide subject matter expertise during incidents to resolve customer issues quickly.
Participate in forums to explore interests outside of the sprint work and contribute ideas to continuously improve the system.
Commit to the team to help the team and the wider business achieve our goals.

Deep 5+ years of Web Development
3+ Years of Vue expertise in the modern Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue 3 and the Composition API.
Deep familiarity with Vite as a primary build tool and development server.
Proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and type-safe applications.
Deep expertise in Vue core Libraries like Pinia stores and Vue Router
Skilled in creating responsive, modern UIs with Tailwind CSS based on Figma designs
Strong commitment to quality, with hands-on experience writing unit testing and end-to-end testing.
Familiarity with Trunk-Based Development, Continuous Delivery, and using tools like LaunchDarkly for feature flagging.
Strong knowledge about Vue.js and Typescript ecosystem and libraries.
Nice to Have: Docker
Experience using Mock Service Worker (MSW) for robust API mocking during development.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Experience with front-end monitoring tools, specifically Datadog RUM.
Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) Systems Architectures
Generating endpoints and models from OAS
Experience using agentic ai tools (e.g. Claude code, Copilot) to speed up delivery.
