Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct high-impact, interactive client discovery sessions to uncover deep business pain points, strategic goals, and operational bottlenecks
Actively participate in the qualification process, analysing prospect requirements to ensure that our Adaptive ERP solutions are a perfect fit
Design, build, and deliver compelling software demonstrations and executive presentations
Partner with the sales team to build customised win strategies, craft RFP/RFI responses, and navigate complex technical evaluations
Maintain a premier level of knowledge regarding QAD’s suite of solutions and manufacturing industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Five+ years within a sales environment selling ERP
Demonstrated ability to maintain high morale and activity levels during long-tail deals
Proven track record in a customer-facing Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-Sales role within the enterprise software (SaaS) space
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles
The ability to think on your feet, translate technical jargon into business value
Experience with Generative AI in the workplace to make tasks efficient
