About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support sales-to-operations forecasting and project execution activities in Certinia.
Assist with billing inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Support month-end reporting and project closure processes.
Coordinate customer recognition programs in partnership with vendors and Implementation teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in billing, forecasting, and operational workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and Operations teams to support project execution.
Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track forecasting accuracy and operational performance.
Provide administrative and operational support for operational efficiency initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience supporting forecasting, billing, or operational processes.
Familiarity with Certinia or similar ERP/CRM platforms preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of accounting and revenue recognition processes preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
