💰 $135,000 - $145,000 per year

About the role

  • Support the full M&A lifecycle — from business development and target evaluation, through financial and operational due diligence, to post-merger integration into QAD
  • Deal Sourcing & Business Development: Identify, screen, and prioritize potential acquisition targets
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare initial investment theses, target profiles, and strategic rationale materials
  • Track inbound opportunities and maintain deal pipeline
  • Financial Analysis & Valuation: Build and maintain detailed financial models; perform valuation analyses
  • Analyze target financials, revenue quality, margins, growth drivers, and unit economics
  • Coordinate and support due diligence efforts with internal and external teams
  • Support deal execution from LOI through signing and close
  • Assist with data room management and diligence requests
  • Support integration planning and execution for seamless integration into QAD
  • Track synergy realization, cost savings, and revenue upside vs. deal case

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, or Strategic Finance
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Experience supporting M&A transactions end-to-end strongly preferred
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and with senior leadership
