About the role
- Establishment and maintenance of the new content management system for materials (Accord).
- Administrative support for 90-day onboarding new commercial stakeholder roles, internal and through partner channels.
- In alignment with major messaging shifts, ownership of the updates to materials used directly by sales team members in the sales process.
- Ownership of the ongoing maintenance and small updates of existing materials that support sales teams.
- Orchestration / logistical support for the translation of materials with each major and minor messaging change.
- Develop and maintain competitive landscape materials – including head-to-head decks and battlecards for top 20 competitors.
- Create ad hoc materials as requested and as aligned with strategic marketing initiatives.
- Support field marketing activities with technical support.
- System provisioning / technical support of all new Redzone team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting internal teams, such as Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and/or Field Marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for structuring content effectively required.
- Technical knowledge for deploying, integrating, and maintaining new sales enablement software preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Willingness to learn Redzone’s unique value proposition and ability to express that consistently in written materials.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience marketing SaaS solutions preferred.
- This role requires travel up to 25%.
