About the role
- Responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning
- Full Time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel up to 75% during peak sales periods
- Influence prospective customers with onsite support and provide remote executive overviews
- Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes/assessments for large prospective customers
- Provide mentorship and development for account executives
- Create technical scoping activities
- Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses
- Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs
Requirements
- Posses a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, including C-suite executives and board members, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position
- Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment
