Responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning
Full Time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel up to 75% during peak sales periods
Influence prospective customers with onsite support and provide remote executive overviews
Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes/assessments for large prospective customers
Provide mentorship and development for account executives
Create technical scoping activities
Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses
Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs
Requirements
Posses a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, including C-suite executives and board members, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position
Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment
