About the role

  • Responsible for managing all activities related to pre-sales and resource planning
  • Full Time, Exempt, Remote and required to travel up to 75% during peak sales periods
  • Influence prospective customers with onsite support and provide remote executive overviews
  • Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes/assessments for large prospective customers
  • Provide mentorship and development for account executives
  • Create technical scoping activities
  • Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses
  • Coordinate completion of RFP / RFQs

Requirements

  • Posses a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, including C-suite executives and board members, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc)
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Sound judgment and excellent assessment skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks
  • Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position
  • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment
