About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run the operational delivery of instructor-led training engagements from confirmed sale through completion
- Partner with internal teams to align scheduling, course materials, and delivery readiness
- Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure training engagements are clearly defined, properly scoped, and set up for success
- Drive execution across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and dependencies are managed effectively
- Ensure instructors and customers are fully prepared and aligned ahead of each session
- Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep delivery on track
- Maintain clear visibility into delivery status, schedules, and key milestones
- Continuously improve how training engagements are run by identifying inefficiencies and strengthening processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience running operations, delivery, or project-based workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in training, learning, or services delivery environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
- Highly detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action, structure, and follow-through
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration platforms
- Bonus Points if You:
- · Have a PMP certification
- · Have experience in the EdTech space
