About the role

  • - Partner with senior leaders to co-design solutions to strategic and organisational challenges related to Organisational Design, Change Management, Transformation and more.
  • - Own the delivery of project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and execution.
  • - Build strong client relationships and help cultivate new ones.
  • - Contribute to the Q5 community by supporting onboarding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.

Requirements

  • **What you bring to the role:**
  • - Must have 3–5 years of Organisation Design, Transformation or Change Management experience gained within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles within Australia.
  • - A Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • - A strong communicator backed up by solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • - A confident facilitator and presenter.
  • - Proficient with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation.
  • - Intellectually curious, commercially astute, and passionate about making organisations better.
  • - Strong ability to build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure exceptional and efficient delivery.
  • - Enjoy working in a close-knit team and collaborative team.
  • - Are comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and challenge and know when to ask for support.
  • - Want to grow not just as a consultant, but as a human and a leader.
